Our Wedding Packages:
Our LUXE packages are designed with you – just for you and your unique event. It’s a very practical and affordable way for you to manage your event from start to finish and if you require – on the day too with a partial or full day of coordination package option. Each event designed by LUXE – Unforgettable Events is as unique as our valued clients.
*Our planning, styling and on the day coordination services can include expertise across event design, production, venue, supplier and vendor relationship development plus activations, liaison and coordination, creative and pricing negotiation, contractual arrangements, copywriting for speeches and protocol advice, printed and digital promotional material, signage, social media management strategy, logistics, budgeting and the critical ‘on the day’ master timeline and run sheets for venue, vendor and all supplier personnel party to the day which ensures a superior client service experience and outcome – on the day.
Consulting Services – One on one session’s to help get you started with minimal time and financial commitment starting at $100 per hour that provides you with professional advice and helps you get and stay on track.
One – two hour sessions, at an agreed hourly rate whenever you need support or a ‘debrief’ during your planning process. This type of support service is to help you brainstorm, define your style, vision and budget spend, decide on the best course of action and what steps to prioritise when you need it throughout the wedding planning journey.

*Full Service Planner across our “Optimum and Bespoke” options – planning services which consists of a dedicated ”Planner’ who partners with you to help deliver “your day – your way”. Your personal planner is your guide and sounding board through the practical, design, creative, technical, contractual and the financial aspects of the planning process and the ‘on the day’ coordination – from the start through to the finish of your big day.
On the Day Coordination Services – For those of you who are nearing the end of your planning process these services are designed to help you manage the commitments and contractual arrangements you have already made with your venues and suppliers. This package includes liaison with suppliers, vendors and venue coordination, signage and promotional material placement, styling info, guest liaison, running sheets and timelines for hair and make up artisans, florists, speakers, catering, transport, photographers and videographers, musicians and entertainment elements etc. across the supplier, vendor and venue landscape who are party to your big day delivery – before and on the day.
We will ensure the day is coordinated from start to finish – on the day – across all locations in an affordable and unforgettable way if you so choose – it’s up to you and your partner……….your day – your way – without fuss – with us!
