Sweet Connoisseur has expanded through word of mouth and attention to detail, whereby the highest professional service is provided at a personal level.
Bill just loves experimenting with delicious Belgian couverture chocolate to customise a design. He has a talent for scultping sugar iced cakes and treats, and is equally at home working with buttercream and flavoured ganache.
